LacrosseBallStore and Predator Sports operate one of the most demanding custom apparel pipelines in the industry—serving thousands of teams with fully customized uniforms, tight production timelines, and zero tolerance for error.
As Head of Graphics, I oversee the custom department end-to-end, owning brand identity, system design, creative execution, and production accountability at scale.
My Role & Ownership
I created the core brand identities and logo systems for LacrosseBallStore and Predator Sports, establishing the visual foundation for all uniforms, templates, and marketing assets.
From there, I designed and scaled the entire custom apparel ecosystem. I am the first and final point of contact for every custom customer—translating creative vision into production-ready systems that perform reliably at volume.

Defined visual standards across uniforms, templates, marketing, and digital touchpoints
Custom System & Template Design
Built every custom template from the ground up, including garment structure, fabric selection, color systems, and construction standards
Designed scalable frameworks used by junior artists to execute consistently
Creative Leadership & Production Control
Lead and train all artists to follow established systems and quality standards
Review and approve all creative work before production
Balance speed, customization, and brand integrity across hundreds of concurrent orders
Pricing, Marketing & Customer Experience
Developed competitive pricing strategies aligned with market expectations and profitability
Managed site-wide promotions, social content, email campaigns, and advertising assets
Maintained direct customer relationships from concept through delivery, ensuring satisfaction and long-term trust
